Dear keeper of cosy little moments...

It's raining outside as I write this.

The kind of rain that makes you want to pull a blanket over your legs, hold something warm in your hands, and just... exist for a while.

Which got me thinking...

I've spent years photographing the greatest relaxation experts I've ever met.

Babies.

Honestly, nobody knows how to unwind quite like they do.

One minute they're enjoying a spa day.
Next they're lounging on a sofa like it's a five-star resort.
Some even insist on coffee breaks... thankfully, only pretend ones. 😊

Babies never feel guilty about doing absolutely nothing.
Somewhere along the way, the rest of us forgot how.

Maybe that's what this weekend is asking of us too... to take a page out of their book, pour something warm, and simply let the hours unfold.

So wherever this weekend finds you: curled up with a book, listening to the rain, chasing a toddler around the living room, or stealing five peaceful minutes with a cup of tea...
